Business Process

While we develop the solution designs in the application and technical arena, we refer to them as business solutions because we develop them to meet a business need. The application and technical consultants review the requirements and provide standard solutions for the system for all functional matches. Based on the completed standard design, we develop solutions for the identified gaps, either using variations to the norm in terms of system functions or designing local development software solutions that are to be linked to the system. As part of our method, we appoint a technical and a business architect who not only review the integrity of each solution, but also review their suitability to the overall design concept and ability to meet dependencies and comply with system-wide standards. Project Management

We offer this service as a Prime Implementer or as a consultant adviser. In terms of direct ownership, we take responsibility for achieving a successful implementation. In terms of advisory consultation, we adopt a non-critical and non-adversarial role, working with the project management team to offer an outsider view and facilitation with third parties.

System Customisation

Having designed the various solutions that are usually a combination of parameterisation, bespoke functional development and interfaces to third party systems, our consultants build the matching components of the required system. We rigorously test each component for technical performance and functional compliance as required by the design. After components pass the functional test phase, we submit them to a clean test environment for integration testing to ensure they perform with the other system components.

Local Development

Targa has an excellent partner relationship with Temenos and works with Temenos on many local development projects. This relationship provides information to Targa on Temenos defined programming standards, architectural changes and features of latest releases of T24™. We use this expertise to help our customers meet busienss and local requirements.

Interfaces

Any core banking implementation involves integration of external third party systems with T24. There might be a need to develop interfaces to integrate the existing systems of the bank with T24. Targa has integrated many external systems with T24.Our teams of professionals have vast experience in this area involving the design & development of interfaces.
